Welcome to Janjitoto. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Janjitoto ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, products, and content made available through janjitoto.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile applications.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Janjitoto platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on Janjitoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Janjitoto strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and will require documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process.
• You are registering and using the Platform as a private individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not hold, and have not previously held, another active or suspended Janjitoto account under any name, alias, payment method, or device fingerprint.
• You are not acting under any self-exclusion arrangement with Janjitoto or any other gambling platform participating in a mutual self-exclusion scheme.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person, employed by or associated with Janjitoto or any of its affiliated entities.
• The funds you deposit are not derived from illegal activity, and your use of the Platform will at all times comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

To open an account with Janjitoto, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if it changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you, and Janjitoto bears no liability for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Janjitoto applies a risk-based KYC process. At minimum, the following documentation may be required prior to processing any withdrawal request:

• Government-issued photographic identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership where required (e.g., photograph of bank card used for deposit).
• Source of funds documentation for transactions exceeding applicable AML thresholds.

Janjitoto will process KYC submissions within 3 business days where complete documentation has been provided. Incomplete or unsatisfactory submissions will be returned for resubmission, which resets the processing timeline.

Janjitoto supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods approved for Malaysian users, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and selected cryptocurrency channels (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).

All deposits are subject to a minimum amount as displayed at the time of transaction. Minimum deposits may vary by payment method. The current minimum deposit threshold for most fiat methods is RM 50.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where practicable. Janjitoto reserves the right to use an alternative withdrawal method at its discretion in accordance with AML requirements.

• Standard tier players: withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a completed KYC review.
• Gold VIP tier players: priority processing within 1 hour.
• Diamond VIP tier players: near-instant processing, typically within 15 minutes via DuitNow or FPX.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: subject to applicable blockchain confirmation times and may vary.

Janjitoto reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or where a KYC review has not been satisfactorily completed.

Janjitoto offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP rewards, and crypto deposit incentives. All promotions are subject to their specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotional page and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per registered Player, household, device, IP address, or shared payment method.
• Bonus Funds must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Janjitoto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already accepted an offer and commenced wagering activity in good faith.
• Where a Player opts to claim a bonus at the time of deposit, the bonus cannot be reversed or waived after the deposit has been credited.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering, staking patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, collusion between accounts, or the use of automated wagering tools — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

The minimum deposit required to activate any welcome bonus is RM 50 unless a higher threshold is specified in the relevant promotion. Wagering requirements for welcome bonuses range from 10x to 35x depending on the specific offer selected at registration.

All games available on the Janjitoto platform operate under the rules of the applicable game as displayed within the game interface. Where a discrepancy exists between game rules displayed in any marketing material and those within the game itself, the in-game rules shall prevail.

All slot games and RNG-based table games on the Platform are sourced from certified international game studios and are subject to independent random number generator testing. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are indicative long-term averages and do not guarantee returns within any individual session or wagering period.

For sports betting markets, including English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events:

• Janjitoto reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or materially changed prior to conclusion.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion and may be restricted or suspended at any time.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day as displayed in the relevant betting market. Where a payout would exceed the applicable limit, the excess shall be reduced accordingly.
• Bets placed in error, including incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault, may be voided by Janjitoto at its absolute discretion.

Janjitoto operates all games and betting markets in good faith and in accordance with fair gaming standards. Outcomes determined by the relevant game engine or event result are final and binding, subject only to any investigation for technical malfunction or fraud.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Janjitoto platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or through a third party's identity.
• Using or attempting to use any software, tool, robot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform in an unintended manner.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability, software bug, or platform misconfiguration for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or promotional event.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after utilising Platform services, including withdrawing winnings and then reversing the associated deposit.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any Janjitoto staff member, support agent, or other Platform user.

Janjitoto is firmly committed to responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling, while entertaining for the majority, can become problematic for some individuals. In fulfilment of this commitment, Janjitoto provides the following player protection tools, available free of charge through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Receive notifications after a pre-set period of continuous play. Hard session limits will log you out automatically when your chosen time is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. Permanent self-exclusions cannot be reversed.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic pop-up reminders displaying your session duration and net wagering activity.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. A Player may close their account by submitting a written request to our support team. Account closure will be processed within 5 business days provided no outstanding bonus requirements, pending withdrawal disputes, or compliance investigations are active.

Janjitoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Janjitoto has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or AML risk.
• A Player has been found to be under the minimum age of 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.
• Regulatory requirements or applicable law necessitate such action.
• A technical or security incident requires protective action to be taken on the account.

Upon lawful account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to any outstanding compliance review.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Janjitoto shall not be liable to any Player or third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or economic loss, even if Janjitoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Janjitoto uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical malfunctions.

In any event, and notwithstanding any other provision herein, Janjitoto's total aggregate liability to any single Player arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

All content, design elements, graphics, software, databases, trade names, trademarks, and service marks displayed on or associated with the Janjitoto platform are the exclusive property of Janjitoto or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any ownership interest or licence in any such intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, adapt, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Janjitoto. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data in connection with your use of the Janjitoto platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

We collect personal data including your name, contact details, device information, and transactional records for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties.

Janjitoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or prominent on-site notice at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect, unless immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease all use of the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.

The version of the Terms currently published on this page at janjitoto.cam/terms-conditions constitutes the most recent and binding version. Archived versions of prior Terms are available upon written request to our compliance team.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international licensing and gaming regulations under which the Platform operates. Janjitoto does not claim to be regulated by any Malaysian government authority, as no such regulatory framework for online gambling currently exists in Malaysia.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved within 30 days of a written notice of dispute may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
